Job description

The BPEO Director drives alignment, accountability, and operational excellence across the commercial division. Reporting directly to the CCO, this role is responsible for overseeing commercial performance, accelerating execution, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and elevating customer satisfaction across all touchpoints from marketing to handover.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performance Oversight & Acceleration
    • Monitor initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Communications.
    • Ensure alignment with strategic priorities and effective execution.
  • Design smart, tiered commission structures aligned with targets and market benchmarks.
  • Regularly review performance and adjust strategies with Sales teams.
  • Talent & Capability Development
    • Identify training needs; partner with HR to implement tailored programs.
    • Build and track learning roadmaps linked to performance outcomes.
  • Customer Journey Optimization
    • Lead end-to-end customer journey design.
    • Improve internal processes and systems to maximize satisfaction.
  • Develop real-time executive dashboards and KPI reports.
  • Support data-driven decisions for CCO and leadership.
  • Organizational Design & Budget Oversight
    • Review and recommend structure adjustments.
    • Monitor budget allocations to ensure ROI-driven spending.
  • Strategic Initiative Management
    • Lead cross-functional projects (e.g., pricing, channels, CX transformation).
    • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and product launches.
  • Governance & Operational Excellence
    • Enforce SLAs, reporting protocols, and commercial governance.
    • Champion continuous improvement and service innovation.
