With over a decade of experience, they focus on areas like Global Business Services (GBS) transformation, AI and automation, outsourcing advisory, process mining, change management, and learning and development. On the growth path they are looking expand the team in Saudi to help drive their growth strategy.



Role details:



• Title / Designation: Data Analyst – Transformation (Shared Services / Finance)
• Reporting Manager: Manager
• Location: Saudi – Remote



Role & responsibilities:



• Perform data analysis to support transformation efforts within Finance and Shared Services functions
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to track KPIs and programme progress
• Extract and analyse data from ERP systems and operational platforms
• Translate analytical findings into insights that inform process improvement and strategic decisions
• Collaborate with transformation leads to identify and prioritise opportunities for optimisation
• Support the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for transformation initiatives
• Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across reporting tools.



Candidate requirements:



• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in finance transformation or consulting settings
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other business intelligence tools
• Experience working with financial data (P&L, cost centres, OPEX analysis, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
• Good to have - Experience supporting finance and shared services transformation projects
• Willingness to be based in Saudi Arabia for extended duration
