Job Purpose

Responsible for managing the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, generating sales reports, building Power BI dashboards, and delivering data-driven insights to support sales and marketing performance.

Key Accountability Areas
Data Management & CRM Maintenance
  • Manage and update customer and lead data in the CRM system.
  • Handle data entry, uploads, exports, and ongoing CRM maintenance.
  • Oversee customer registration, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  • Manage user access to customer portals, maintaining proper permissions and security.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality through regular audits and cleaning processes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for data quality, process improvement, and system configuration tasks.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and CRM vendors to implement system improvements and resolve issues.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time tracking of sales, leads, and marketing campaigns.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management and sales teams.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and lead conversion rates to identify opportunities.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales and marketing performance.
  • Interpret data accurately and deliver clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to validate and segment leads effectively.
  • Work with sales teams to maintain a solid and actionable contact database.
