Job description

Their duties and responsibilities include:

• Developing financial strategies by forecasting capital, identifying monetary resources, and developing action plans.
• Monitoring and managing the financial performance of the organization, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
• Ensuring compliance of the company's financial reports with regulations and laws.
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
• Reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT-related procedures.
• Providing leadership, direction, and management to the finance and accounting team.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding the company's financial performance.
• Identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities.
• Overseeing fiscal activities including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
• Developing and implementing operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurements, and determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies.
