A global engineering firm is seeking a Subcontractor Administrator in Saudi Arabia. This role involves executing subcontracts, managing the procurement of goods and services, and ensuring contractor progress aligns with project specifications. Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree and over 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of MS Dynamics or SAP. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in subcontracting and procurement.
- Strong understanding of contract issuance in the Middle East.
- Must have experience in MS Dynamics or SAP.
Responsibilities
- Execute subcontracts and purchase goods, services, and supplies.
- Monitor/manage contractor progress to ensure timely work execution.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, and Logistics.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing work efforts
Experience in MS Dynamics or SAP
