Position: HR Help Desk Representative

NewEast Isuzu KSA is a leading automotive company in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Help Desk Representative. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

As an HR Help Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our employees and managers. Your main role will be to assist with any HR-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. This includes but is not limited to, payroll inquiries, benefits administration, employee onboarding, and policy and procedure guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues from employees and managers
  • Provide timely and accurate resolution to inquiries and issues, escalating to the appropriate HR team member when necessary
  • Assist with employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and benefits enrollment
  • Maintain accurate records of all employee interactions and inquiries in the HR system
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate and consistent information to employees
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to identify and address trends or recurring issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall employee experience
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR support role
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
