Job summary

A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant fields, and strong analytical skills. Key responsibilities include managing HR operations, onboarding, and maintaining employee data in ERP systems. This is a full-time role based in Riyadh.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in human resources or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem systems.

  • Ensure contracts, transfers, promotions, and terminations are processed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, C&B, and Medical Insurance teams to deliver complete HR services.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in ERP and HR systems.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience across all areas of the human resources function. They will be comfortable managing end-to-end HR processes for new hires and working closely with management to deliver HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all HR operations for the division, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure contracts, transfers, promotions, and terminations are processed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, C&B, and Medical Insurance teams to deliver complete HR services.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in ERP and HR systems.
  • Support line managers with HR policies, manpower planning, and employee issues.
  • Handle employee requests and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
  • Monitor HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and attendance.
  • Participate in audits and maintain proper HR records.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in the same field.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem systems.
  • Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
