Job summary

A leading port logistics company seeks an HR Integration Project Leader who will be responsible for leading the integration of Oracle E-Business Suite HR systems. This role involves developing project plans, analyzing existing HR workflows, and implementing improvements. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HR process mapping, data migration, and reporting tools such as Power BI. Strong project management skills and effective communication abilities are essential. This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Purpose of the Job

The HR integration project leader is responsibleImplementation Consultant is responsible for leading the end-to-end integration of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 HR systems. In addition to technical expertise and functional HR process knowledge, this role requires a strong background in HR process mapping and improvement, paired with robust analytical capabilities using Power BI and other reporting tools. The ideal candidate transforms business requirements into a streamlined, efficient HR system that drives organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Business Analysis:

  • Engage with HR and IT stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones and timelines to ensure successful Oracle R12 HR implementations.

FUP on System Configuration & Customization:

  • Fup on the configuration and customization of Oracle R12 HRMS modules—such as core HR, payroll, self-service HR, i-recruiting, benefits administration…..—to match our organization's needs.
  • Design tailored workflows and functionalities that integrate industry best practices with specific business demands.

HR Process Mapping & Improvement:

  • Analyze current HR workflows, perform detailed process mapping, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that align with the system capabilities of Oracle R12, enhancing overall HR efficiency and performance.

Governance: Data Migration & Integration:

  • Follow up on the data migration process from legacy systems to Oracle R12 HR, ensuring high levels of data integrity and accuracy.
  • Facilitate integrations between Oracle HRMS and other requested applications (e.g.,salary planning) using APIs or middleware solutions.

Reporting & Business Intelligence:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights into HR data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define key performance metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Execute/coach on comprehensive testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate that configurations meet all functional and technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues proactively to maintain project timelines and deliver excellent user experiences.

Training & Post-Implementation Support:

  • Create and deliver detailed training sessions, along with user documentation and guides, on system functionalities and reporting tools.
  • Provide ongoing support post-implementation, performing routine system audits and continuously refining processes based on user feedback.

Compliance & Security:

  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy laws and internal security protocols across the Oracle R12 HR system and its integrated reporting components.
  • Perform regular audits and system updates to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite R12 HRMS or similar Oracle-based HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of data migration strategies and integration methodologies, ideally along with familiarity in SQL, PL/SQL, and relevant scripting languages.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and managing reports and dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering projects within scope and budget.
