About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to expand our Building Management Systems (BMS) footprint in Saudi Arabia. This is your opportunity to play a key role in connecting cutting-edge technical solutions with real customer needs, influencing strategic growth, and driving success in a fast-evolving market.
You’ll act as the crucial link between our innovative technologies and the clients who rely on them, building trust, developing long-term relationships, and helping shape smarter, more sustainable buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Identify and pursue new business opportunities across your designated territory Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue goals Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions through a consultative approach Represent Carrier with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for solving problems

Requirements

We are looking for people who are as a minimum you must have:
A bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical discipline) A minimum of 3 years of hands-on BMS sales experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales presentation skills A proactive, customer-first mindset with a solutions-oriented approach A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
