Customer Relationship Management
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive, precise on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed, etc.).
- Responsible for accurate, real-time reporting of work performed at the equipment level to ensure the accuracy of e-Optimum and Customer Notification systems.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, contact persons, and end-users on site by demonstrating an ambassador attitude.
- Ensure equipment safety and optimal performance.
- Manage the site environment during service operations.
- Identify site risks and communicate them to the supervisor.
- Take immediate action on site in case of high risk and follow escalation procedures.
- Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs, contact the on-site contact, obtain approval if not covered by the contract, and perform repairs.
Service Operations
- Ensure site safety for end-users and personnel.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow safety and maintenance instructions during operations.
- Execute service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, repairs) respecting schedules, quality standards, and processes.
- Plan workload effectively with the service supervisor.
- Report sales leads to the supervisor.
- Provide precise and timely reports of work performed.
- Submit accurate timesheets.
- Manage proximity stock, including inventory and transfers, and request spare parts as needed.
- Maintain service tools, vehicle, and instruments in good condition and safety.
- Contribute to product, method, and safety improvements through feedback.
Leadership / People Management
- Regularly update the supervisor on relevant information.
- Be familiar with all aspects of lift and related technology; attend required training.
- Provide training or coaching to nominated personnel as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or high school diploma in electrical or mechanical fields.
- Excellent communication skills with a multinational team.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant fields.
- This role is only open to Saudi nationals, in compliance with current labor regulations.
