  • Awareness of key performance indicators related to plant reliability and ability to support and drive these KPIs.
  • Experience in conducting at least three to four end-to-end Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies.
  • Proficiency in developing asset hierarchies, asset prioritization, and failure modes and effects analysis using RCM approach.
  • Experience with Safety Instrumented Function (SIF) analysis, Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), and HAZOP studies is an advantage.
  • Experience in operations, maintenance, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and hand-over activities is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of asset lifecycle management procedures, including asset criticality ranking, SAP taxonomy, asset operating limits, maintenance development, and SAP master data management.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, including dismantling, assembly, and inspection of critical equipment such as compressors, boilers, pumps, generators, reformers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and valves.
  • Understanding of plant reliability and maintenance principles.
  • Familiarity with CMMS and reliability software applications.
  • Ability to define business processes related to reliability and maintenance for process plants.
  • Experience analyzing maintenance data from systems like System 1, Smart Signal, etc., is advantageous.
  • The primary role involves designing and developing maintenance strategies for plant assets, including conducting RCM studies, developing failure modes and indicators, and leading asset criticality analysis.
  • Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans based on reliability data.
  • Conduct studies for facility and operational asset improvements, providing technical expertise and coordinating with plant teams.
  • Apply lessons learned from benchmarks and safety cases to enhance safety-critical equipment reliability, supporting total reliability programs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrity and performance analysis, suggesting failure prevention methods, and reviewing reliability KPIs.
  • Work with teams and clients to implement maintenance and reliability solutions, utilizing tools like SAP PM, GE Meridium, Bentley APM.
