Key Accountabilities

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and ensure continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) processes.
• Uphold fiduciary responsibilities for the local legal entities and local division, ensuring compliance with all ABB standards and local regulations.
• Drive the implementation and maintenance of the ABB Way and other corporate measures within the division.
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration and talent mobility across the local organization.
• Represent the division locally and manage external relationships with associations, government bodies, and significant stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain local governance aligned with legal and corporate requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and develop direct and indirect team members in line with HR policies and business objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Automation).
• Preferably holds a postgraduate degree in Commercial Engineering.
• 15+ years of senior-level experience with a reputable player in the industry.
• Experience inthe KSA Market is Mandatory.
• Proven industry expertise in gas/liquid analysis and experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochem sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in line management or indirect team management roles.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to shift between operational and strategic focus.
• High proficiency in Arabic & English (verbal and written).
• Background in sales, marketing, or product management functions.
