Responsibilities
- Works with a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors or independently to achieve objectives related to contract performance, productivity, and process compliance.
- Ensures timely delivery of value and services within scope and budget to Honeywell clients and customers.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction levels and addresses any issues promptly.
- Generates leads from contracted sites, supports estimates, and supplies quotes for additional work as requested.
- Ensures proper resourcing for service contracts and projects.
- Provides technical training, coaching, and direction to technicians and subcontractors.
- Performs and advises on emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing, commissioning, documentation, installation supervision, subcontractor management, start-up, testing, and technical support for Honeywell and third-party systems, from simple to moderately complex.
- Diagnoses and repairs hardware and software equipment and systems.
- Measures, reports, and achieves performance indicators and site service objectives.
- Verifies system performance to meet contract requirements and drawings/operations sequences.
- Performs system backups, updates, and patches.
- Completes scheduled reactive, corrective, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Responds to emergency service calls as per contract deliverables.
- Follows Honeywell SOPs, HSE, and quality systems during service delivery.
- Conducts hazard and risk assessments for all tasks according to policies and safety standards.
- Reports near misses, incidents, and improvement opportunities.
- Documents all work performed thoroughly.
- Develops and maintains site-specific documentation and quality assurance records.
- Tests, calibrates, and verifies system and peripheral devices according to standards and codes.

What You Must Have
- Technical degree or diploma in Electronics or Electrical from an accredited institution.
- 5-8 years of experience in building automation and fire alarm systems installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Honeywell products and familiarity with vendors like Simplex, Siemens, Johnson Controls, etc.
- Ability to read fire detection and building management system diagrams.
- Strong communication, fault-finding, programming, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and outside normal hours as needed.
- Capability to work independently and lead contractors or technicians.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25%.
