Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie in luxury/high-volume kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and wellness-focused menus.
• Familiar with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Formal culinary education or relevant certifications preferred.
• Fluent in English.
