Job summary

Miraval The Red Sea, a Hyderabad property, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the All-Day Dining team. You will execute high-quality dishes aligned with wellness menus, maintain spotless sections, and support HACCP records under the guidance of senior chefs.

Ideal candidates bring experience in luxury/high-volume kitchens, strong international cuisine knowledge, and solid food safety practices, with formal culinary education preferred. Accommodation and travel perks are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar in luxury/high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine with wellness focus.
• Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
• Formal culinary education or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily preparation and execution of high-quality dishes aligned with wellness-focused menus.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in assigned sections.
• Support the HACCP records and kitchen documentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality and smooth operations.
• Demonstrate positive communication and teamwork within a multicultural environment.
