Miraval The Red Sea is a transformative wellness resort seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to lead our All-Day Dining team and deliver wellness-inspired cuisine in a luxury setting.

You will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to supervise daily kitchen operations, mentor a multicultural team, ensure HACCP compliance, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Sous Chef or equivalent in luxury/high-volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines and wellness-based culinary practices.
• Solid administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Formal culinary education or relevant certifications preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• HACCP certification is an advantage.

About the Role:

We are currently hiring a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef to join our All-Day Dining team. This role is integral to delivering consistent, high-quality dining experiences that reflect Miraval's wellness-inspired philosophy.

What We're Looking For:

A strong leader with a proven background in international cuisine. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding culinary expertise, leadership ability, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure seamless kitchen operations and maintain the highest standards in both food and service delivery.
