Job summary

Miraval The Red Sea, a luxury wellness resort on Shura Island, invites a Chef de Partie to join our All-Day Dining team. You will execute high-quality dishes that reflect wellness-focused menus while upholding HACCP standards and supporting the Sous Chef.

The ideal candidate has international cuisine experience, strong kitchen knowledge, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar in luxury/high-volume kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine with focus on wellness/mindful eating.
• Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily preparation and execution of high-quality dishes aligned with wellness menus.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in assigned sections.
• Support HACCP records and kitchen documentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure consistent quality and smooth operations.
• Demonstrate positive communication and teamwork within a multicultural environment.
