About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Ericsson Charging System Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. If you have hands-on experience in IN network design, configuration, and optimization, this is your opportunity to work on mission-critical telecom systems in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Ericsson IN/Charging systems.
• Ensure system health and maintain performance KPIs.
• Implement service class, tariff, and system changes.
• Handle complex escalations and support audits and upgrades.
• Provide 24×7 on-call support when required.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong telecom background in GSM / WCDMA.
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson Charging System nodes: SDP, AIR, CCN, OCC, NGVS, ECE, ECNMT, NeLS.
• Proficiency in Linux, Shell scripting, Python, SQL, and Oracle DB.
• Solid understanding of IP networking protocols and call flows.
• Familiarity with Wireshark for packet analysis and geo-redundant SDP setups.
