Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking an experienced VIP & Protocol Manager to oversee VIP and VVIP guest operations at stadiums during major sporting events in Jeddah. You will manage guest arrangements, seating plans, meeting schedules, and VIP arrivals in close coordination with security, accreditation, transport and venue teams.

The ideal candidate has led operational teams at large events or government engagements, with strong protocol knowledge and impeccable stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in VIP hospitality, guest relations, or event operations.
• Knowledge of VIP/VVIP protocol and seating arrangements.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams at large events or government functions.
• Strong stakeholder management across government, federations, security and transport.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional liaison with senior officials.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions in live events.
• Flexible to work match days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operation of VIP and VVIP areas on match days and major events.
• Prepare VIP guest lists, seating plans, hospitality allocations and protocol schedules.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, departures, and movements with security, accreditation and transport teams.
• Brief and lead on-site teams to deliver protocol and guest management services.
• Liaise with AFC, government authorities and federations for official guest requirements.
• Ensure appropriate protocol for dignitaries and high-profile guests.
• Oversee guest reception, escorts, seating and hospitality services in VIP areas.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and accommodate changes.
• Ensure VIP areas are prepared and operational before and during events.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment with high service standards.
