Job summary

Aramco Stadium seeks a Senior Hospitality Lead to drive strategic and operational delivery across premium hospitality accounts including Directors Lounge, Pearl Lounge and VIP suites. You will own the client relationship post‑contract, manage onboarding, guest services and event-by-event planning using Salesforce as the primary CRM.

Lead hospitality delivery, guest satisfaction, renewal strategies and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years hospitality, premium service or account management experience.
Experience managing VIP/corporate relationships in premium environments.
Proven track record with CRM platforms and event planning workflows.

Responsibilities

Own all premium hospitality relationships after contract execution and renewal planning.
Lead end-to-end hospitality planning for Directors Lounge, Pearl Lounge, VIP/Suites and events.
Act as the CRM owner for hospitality activities in Salesforce and related systems.
Oversee matchday and event delivery, guest management, accreditation and VIP movements.
Manage VIP guest profiles, guest services, dashboards and reporting to drive satisfaction and revenue.
Collaborate with Sales, Food & Beverage, Stadium Operations and partners to deliver premium experiences.
Provide leadership and coaching to the Hospitality Lead and establish operating procedures.
