Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in protocol, public relations, government relations, or event management roles.
• Proven experience handling VIPs, official delegations, or formal events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage protocol arrangements for official events, VIP visits, matches, ceremonies, and formal meetings.
• Coordinate with internal departments, government entities, partners, and external stakeholders on protocol-related matters.
• Ensure proper etiquette, seating arrangements, guest reception, and ceremonial procedures are followed.
• Prepare protocol briefings, guest lists, and official correspondence as required.
• Support leadership and executives during official engagements and events.
• Ensure all protocol activities align with the club’s brand, values, and cultural guidelines.
• Handle last-minute changes professionally and maintain smooth event flow.
• Maintain records and documentation related to protocol activities.
