Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking an experienced VIP & Protocol Manager to oversee VIP and VVIP guest operations at stadiums during major sporting events and match days. The role involves managing guest arrangements, seating plans, match-day protocol schedules, and VIP arrivals while coordinating with security, accreditation, transport, and venue teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in protocol, VIP hospitality, guest relations, or event operations.
• Experience leading operational teams at major events, stadiums, or large-scale occasions is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of VIP and VVIP protocol, seating, access control, and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operation of VIP and VVIP areas within stadiums on match days and major events.
• Prepare VIP guest lists, seating plans, hospitality allocations, and protocol schedules.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, departures, and movements with security, accreditation, transport, and venue teams.
• Brief and lead the on-site team to deliver protocol and guest management services.
• Liaise with AFC, government authorities, federations, and protocol offices for official guest requirements.
• Ensure dignitaries and high-profile guests are managed with professionalism and discretion.
• Oversee guest reception, escorts, seating, access permissions, and hospitality in VIP areas.
• Resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Ensure VIP areas are prepared and operational before guest arrival and during events.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and high service standards for VIP guests.
• Monitor operations, remain calm under pressure, and align with event schedules.
