Job summary

THA Venues, Parks & Resorts seeks a Guest Relations Senior Manager to lead a dedicated full-time team delivering guest management at a major international multi-sport event. Based on-site in Riyadh, the role runs ASAP through December 2026 and requires visible leadership across venues to ensure a safe, smooth, welcoming spectator experience.

You will build operation plans, SOPs and staffing structures, acting as senior escalation for guest complaints and incidents while coordinating with Venue

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Guest Relations readiness plans across all venues.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and staffing structures for the team.
• Ensure efficient spectator entry, flow, and seating support.
• Coordinate with Venue Management, Security, Accreditation, and Hospitality.
• Monitor KPIs and provide operational updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Handle guest complaints and escalate accordingly to ensure swift resolutions.
