Job summary

Shawarmer Food Company LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager in Jeddah to drive business growth by selling hardware and software solutions and delivering value across sectors. You will build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires 2–4 years of B2B technology sales, proven targets, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and fluent Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within technology/solutions industries.
• Proven experience selling hardware, software, IT solutions, or technology-related products and services.
• Strong B2B sales and account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales, client visits, networking, and business development activities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and field visits to understand client requirements.
• Promote and sell hardware, software, and technology solutions based on client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop solutions and ensure smooth delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports while achieving targets.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
