Job summary

HalalaH is seeking a Sales Account Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to drive business growth across government, retail, hospitality, charity and non-profit sectors. You will sell technology hardware and software solutions, understand client needs and deliver tailored digital transformation offerings.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Arabic and English communication, and willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits across KSA.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development or account management within technology or solutions industries.
• Proven experience selling hardware, software, IT solutions, or tech-related products and services.
• Strong B2B sales and account management track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and strong English communication is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales, client visits, networking and business development activities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and field visits to understand client requirements and opportunities.
• Promote and sell hardware, software and technology solutions based on client needs.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop solutions and ensure smooth delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans and pipeline reports while achieving sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
