The Talent Acquisition Lead is a critical role within the Mirai team. Leading and working with the team of Talent Partners, you poorer closely with Studio and Department Leadership to build the recruiting strategy using best and innovative practices and continuously iterate to greatness - enabling us to attract and hire the best talent from both the local and global markets as we expand our KSA presence.

Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
  • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the company’s short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs based on organizational growth plans, turnover trends, and market conditions.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for both current and future roles, ensuring the organization has access to top talent ahead of demand.
  • Identify and evaluate the most effective recruitment channels – including job boards, social media platforms, talent communities, employee referrals, and professional networks – to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize market intelligence and competitor analysis to benchmark compensation, job Авторitys & structures and talent availability within the industry.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, industry associations, and recruitment agencies to broaden the company’s access to diverse talent pools.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies using data-driven insights and adjust approaches to optimize candidate quality, time-to-hire, and cost-efficiency.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with HR Business Partners to anticipate critical skill gaps and develop targeted recruitment campaigns to fill them.
  • Drive innovation in sourcing methods by leveraging technology, AI tools, and digital marketing to enhance employer reach and engagement.
  • Ensure recruitment planning aligns with the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) objectives, promoting equitable access and diverse representation across all roles.
Hiring Process Management
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle – from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure hiring processes are efficient, equitable, and aligned with organizational values.
  • Maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for critical roles.
  • Streamline recruitment workflows by leveraging the full capabilities of the ATS, ensuring consistent use across the TA team to enhance candidate tracking, communication, and reporting.
  • Drive adoption of automation features within the ATS to reduce manual tasks, improve candidate experience, and enable data-driven hiring decisions.
Team Leadership (if applicable)
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of recruiters and coordinators.
  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the TA team.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Employer Branding
  • Partnerિજ Marketing and HR to enhance employer brand visibility.
  • Manage participation in job fairs, campus events, and other recruitment campaigns.
Data & Reporting
  • Use data analytics to track recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
Compliance & Best Practices
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) standards.
  • Keep up to date with hiring trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong English language – spoken and written. Arabic language a plus.
  • Passion for games.
  • Strong recruiting and team leadership experience in an in-house environment, preferably in the video games industry or other fast-paced industry, such as tech or start-ups.
  • Proven track record of translating business needs into successful local and international recruitment strategies.
  • Experience building and leading high-performance teams.
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholder interests while driving positive and impactful outcomes.
  • Passion for process optimization and a focus on continuous improvement and iteration, including the use of AI and modern tools.
  • A data driven approach to determine current staffing needs, produce forecasts, and optimize talent pipelines.
