A leading technology firm in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Strategy & Transformation Sr. Expert to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will assist in strategic planning, operating model redesign, and digital transformation activities for both internal and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have over 8 years of experience in strategic consulting, be bilingual in Arabic and English, and hold relevant degrees or certifications. This role involves significant interaction across business functions and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, transformation planning, or corporate strategy roles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and transformation programs.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and transformation roadmaps.
  • Contribute to digital maturity assessments and market research.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and workshops.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and strategic presentations.
  • Track and report on project milestones and KPIs.
  • Coordinate between business functions, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Support project proposals and engagement materials.
  • Stay updated on innovation trends and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain well-structured documentation for ongoing initiatives.

About the Role

The Strategy & Transformation Sr. Expert will support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. In this role you will assist in delivering strategic planning, operating model redesign, and digital transformation activities for both internal and external stakeholders. The role combines business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and transformation support in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

  • Track and report on project milestones, KPIs, and transformation outcomes.
  • Coordinate between business functions, IT teams, and external partners to ensure alignment.
  • Support the preparation of project proposals, planning documents, and engagement materials.
  • Stay updated on innovation trends and emerging technologies relevant to strategy and transformation.
  • Maintain well-structured documentation and knowledge assets for ongoing initiatives.
