Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field is required.
• Minimum 3 years in Key Account Management or Healthcare Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in healthcare accounts.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned territory sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term account growth strategies.
• Manage key accounts to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and target accounts.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, clinical stakeholders, procurement teams and executives.
• Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs and risks.
• Lead commercial activities related to quotations, tenders, and customer proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
