Job summary

BD is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue and profitability by promoting Pharmacy Automation solutions across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role emphasizes building strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering sustainable growth by adopting a customer-centric approach.

Work location: Dammam, with primary site in SAU Riyadh – Centria Office Building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy or related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience with a track record of performance.
• Experience in key account management or strategic account development preferred.
• Experience in multinational or international organizations is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation products and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Drive MOH growth by developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders and opportunities.
• Lead engagement with government healthcare institutions and MOH decision-makers to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution-design teams to develop customer opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
• Achieve agreed annual sales, revenue, and growth targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Manage complex multi-account agreements and negotiations.
• Convert opportunities into profitable business outcomes.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
