Qualifications

• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• ACII, CIP UK certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
• Handle renewal process and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Work closely with finance, claims, and other departments.
• Provide market trend reports and recommendations.
• Assist clients in navigating the claims process.
