Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
10–15 years of experience in banking, including corporate/commercial banking.
Extensive corporate banking, credit and financial-analysis expertise.
Proven track record managing major strategic corporate relationships.
Demonstrated ability to generate significant revenue and wallet-share growth.
Excellent executive-level negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi economy, sectors and corporate landscape.
Responsibilities
Own and deepen strategic relationships with major corporate and institutional clients.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
Develop comprehensive client and sector strategies.
Drive significant revenue, profitability and wallet-share growth.
Originate new strategic relationships and major business opportunities.
Lead complex lending, structured finance, trade, cash management and treasury transactions.
Lead high-value negotiations, pitches and strategic client discussions.
Coordinate complex transactions across Credit, Risk, Treasury and product teams.
Maintain strong oversight of portfolio quality, profitability, exposure and risk.
Identify opportunities across the client’s wider group and regional/international operations.
Leverage the bank’s broader product capabilities and network to deliver integrated solutions.
Provide senior management with market intelligence, pipeline updates and strategic opportunities.
Represent the bank at senior client and market-level meetings.
Ensure strict adherence to SAMA, regulatory, legal, compliance and internal risk requirements.
Mentor senior relationship managers and contribute to the development of the Corporate Banking franchise.
