Job summary

Bank Albilad in Jeddah seeks a Corporate Banking professional to identify opportunities, manage large client relationships, and promote the bank’s services across departments. The role focuses on expanding BAB market share through new and existing clients.

You will evaluate credit proposals, negotiate favorable terms, ensure compliance with policies, and aim to increase fee income while delivering excellent client service. Requires 2-6 years in banking and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 2-6 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Ability to read, write and speak Arabic and English.
• Good communication skills.
• Good presentation, negotiation & opportunity identification skills.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Growth and development of corporate banking portfolio by building and maintaining relationships with large corporate clients and cross-selling BAB products.
• Relationship management and high-quality client service through regular contact and timely transaction opportunities.
• Establishment of customer facilities and financial terms, including evaluation of credit proposals and ensuring documentation per policy.
• Ensure facilities match clients’ business needs and aim to increase fee income; conduct reviews and maintain high underwriting standards.
