Job summary

QNB is seeking an accomplished Corporate Banking professional to manage a portfolio of senior and large corporate clients in Riyadh. The role targets revenue, profitability, and strategic growth within the corporate segment and requires leadership of the RM/ARM team.

You will develop credit proposals, monitor risk, and coordinate with internal functions to deliver tailored banking solutions across credit, deposits and international services.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Mathematics or Business Admin.
• Excellent oral and written English; Arabic/French desirable.
• Strong relationship management experience with solid credit background; 12+ years of banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day portfolio of senior/large corporate customers to meet targets.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for corporate banking performance and efficiency.
• Provide credit proposals and recommendations in line with CPM and policy.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal units to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and risk requirements.
