Job summary

Bank of Jordan is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of large corporate clients in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on senior banking advisory, revenue growth, and complex transaction origination across financing and transaction banking products.

The incumbent will manage relationships with CEOs, CFOs and treasurers, lead client strategies, and coordinate credit facilities while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of banking experience, including corporate/commercial banking.
• Proven ability to originate and execute corporate transactions.
• Strong senior-client relationship and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi corporate market and key sectors.
• Solid understanding of SAMA, KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen strategic relationships with large corporate clients and senior executives.
• Develop and execute detailed client strategies and account plans.
• Drive revenue, profitability and wallet-share growth.
• Originate new relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead complex lending, structured financing, trade, cash management and treasury opportunities.
• Lead senior client meetings, pitches and negotiations and proposals.
• Coordinate credit applications and facility structuring with Credit and risk teams.
• Provide market and sector intelligence to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Support development of junior team members and corporate banking strategy.
