Job summary

Bank of Jordan seeks an experienced Relationship Manager for Corporate/Commercial Banking in Saudi Arabia. You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, develop new relationships and tailor lending, trade finance, cash management and treasury solutions to drive revenue while maintaining credit and regulatory standards.

You will lead client meetings, coordinate with Credit and Risk teams, and ensure portfolio quality with proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in banking, corporate/commercial banking and client development.
• Strong financial and credit-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients.
• Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, owners and other senior client representatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire quality new-to-bank clients.
• Develop client strategies to increase revenue, profitability and share of wallet.
• Cross-sell lending, deposits, trade finance, cash management, treasury and other products.
• Understand client financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Lead client meetings, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate credit applications and facility requests with Credit.
• Analyze financial performance, cash flows, repayment capacity and credit quality.
• Monitor portfolio exposure, profitability, limits and emerging risks.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Treasury, Trade Finance, Cash Management and Operations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA, KYC, AML and internal policies.
• Provide management with updates on pipeline, revenue, portfolio quality and opportunities.
