Job summary

Bank of Jordan – KSA Branch is seeking a Corporate Sales & Services Officer to join our Corporate Banking team and deliver high-quality banking services to corporate clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has at least 3 years in banking, with strong English and relationship management skills; responsibilities include supporting account opening, handling inquiries, promoting products, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, preferably corporate banking or corporate customer service.
• Good knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality banking services to corporate clients and promote the bank's products.
• Support account opening, maintenance, and customer documentation.
• Handle inquiries and resolve service requests promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
• Encourage use of digital banking channels and coordinate with internal departments.
