Job summary

Bank of Jordan – KSA Branch is seeking a Corporate Sales & Services Officer to join our Corporate Banking team. You will provide day-to-day banking services to corporate clients, support account opening, and promote Bank products.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in banking, strong communication and relationship management, and good English. Proficiency in MS Office is required; based in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• 3+ years of banking experience, preferably Corporate Banking or Corporate Customer Service.
• Good knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day banking services and support to corporate clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
• Promote the Bank's products and services and identify business opportunities.
• Support account opening, account maintenance, and customer documentation.
• Process corporate banking requests, including transfers, salary files, and banking instructions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Encourage clients to use the Bank's digital banking channels.
• Conduct client visits when required.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
