ABOUT Kijamii:

JOB PURPOSE:

The Sports Account Manager is the main liaison between Kijamii and its sports clients in Saudi Arabia, responsible for building relationships and ensuring the successful execution of sports marketing, sponsorship, and fan engagement campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
  • Act as the main point of contact for sports clients in Saudi Arabia, building and maintaining long‑term relationships through ongoing communication and strategic consultation.
  • Translate client and sports business objectives into integrated marketing, social and fan engagement strategies aligned with the Saudi sports market.
  • Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams, including Creative, Media, Consumer Insights, Production, and Events, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of sports marketing campaigns, from planning and concept development to live execution and post‑campaign evaluation.
  • Oversee various sports accounts simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, campaign proposals, progress updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and optimisation recommendations to maximise impact and ROI.
  • Ensure all campaigns, content, and activations are culturally relevant, compliant with Saudi regulations, and aligned with client and agency standards.
  • Support business growth by identifying upselling opportunities, managing external vendors and partners, and proactively addressing risks to maintain high client satisfaction.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or other related field

Experience

4–5 years of proven experience in account management within sport clubs, advertising , or sponsorship accounts in Saudi Arabia

Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong understanding of sports marketing specifically in KSA
  • Proficiency in digital platforms and campaign performance analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross‑functional teams
