Job summary

A fit-out contracting team in Riyadh is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in site supervision, preferably with proficiency in AutoCAD. This full-time position offers a salary of 6K SAR, depending on experience, and includes accommodation and transportation.

• Willing to travel within region to visit sites.

The Role

Position Title: Site Supervisor. Employment Type: Full Time. Salary: 6K SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation & transportation. Job Location: Riyadh and Jeddah, KSA. About the Client: A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Meet and coordinate with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors, etc.).
• Carry out and record site inspections, take measurements for the wall and ceiling, etc.
• Conduct quantity takes off from architectural and engineering drawings to determine required materials and quantities.
• Supervise sites and make sure to comply with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Open to Indian nationals, Male, 40 years old and below.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a site supervisor; home country experience is acceptable.
• Willing to travel within region to visit sites (Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Preferably with driver’s license.
