Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth in Saudi Arabia. You will identify opportunities, promote industrial food processing and packaging machinery, and build relationships with food manufacturers.

In this role you will manage the full sales cycle, translate technical requirements into compelling solutions, and coordinate with engineering and service teams to ensure customer success. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in industrial equipment or machinery.
• Strong understanding of technical sales processes and industrial customer requirements.
• Experience in business development, lead generation, client relationship management, and sales negotiations.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into suitable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Candidates based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Promote and sell industrial food processing and packaging machinery to potential and existing customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, including factory owners, production managers, engineering teams, and procurement professionals.
• Conduct client visits, understand technical requirements, and recommend suitable machinery and solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer meetings to negotiations and order closure.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical, engineering, and service teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry exhibitions, and relevant business events.
