Job summary

Andritz in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned technical sales engineer to act as the liaison between customers, sales teams and engineering throughout the project lifecycle. You will analyze requirements and craft automation and digitalization solutions aligned with operational goals.

You will support pre-sales activities, deliver technical workshops, and collaborate with engineering for product enhancements while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation or related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years in technical sales, applications engineering, automation, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, process control, and industrial networking.
• Experience with digital solutions like process simulation, digital twins, and APC/RTO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical liaison among customers, sales, and engineering throughout sales and project lifecycle.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop automation and digitalization solutions aligned to objectives.
• Provide technical support for product selection, system integration, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and reviews for customers and stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities including evaluations, quotations, proposals and bid responses.
• Collaborate with engineering to feedback customer needs and identify product enhancements.
