What You’ll Lead and Deliver
1.End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Lead the full sales cycle for Digital Solutions and OT Cybersecurity offerings, from prospecting and opportunity identification to deal closure and post-sales adoption.
- Strategically prioritize high-value accounts and pursue complex enterprise and EPC opportunities.
2. Business Development & Demand Generation
- Identify and create new business opportunities through proactive market research, networking, and industry insights.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies to generate demand for digital and cybersecurity solutions.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure consistent follow-up to meet revenue targets.
3. Complex Deal Management
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes involving technical, commercial, and operational decision-makers.
- Manage long sales cycles with objectivity and critical thinking to resolve challenges and align solutions with client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and close high-value deals successfully.
4. Solution Consulting & Advisory
- Partner with presales and delivery teams to design and present tailored solutions for clients.
- Translate technical and business concepts into clear, compelling presentations that influence adoption among C-suite executives.
- Advise clients on digital transformation, OT cybersecurity strategy, and best practices.
5. Relationship Management & Network Growth
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships to position the company as a trusted advisor.
- Expand professional networks proactively, leveraging existing industry contacts and cultivating new relationships.
- Influence long-term adoption and repeat business through relationship-building and solution-oriented consulting.
6. Execution & Performance Delivery
- Drive measurable business outcomes by delivering against sales targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, high client satisfaction, and successful adoption of solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
7. Thought Leadership & Industry Expertise
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, and industry-specific trends to provide consultative guidance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, positioning the company as an innovator and solution leader in Digital Solutions and OT Cybersecurity.
