Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct comprehensive quality and food safety audits across outlets and production units.
  • Ensure strict implementation and monitoring of HACCP plans and ISO 22000 standards.
  • Perform advanced sensory evaluations and guide microbiological testing procedures.
  • Investigate complex quality and safety issues using advanced root cause analysis techniques.
  • Develop and maintain detailed audit reports, CAPA plans, and quality documentation.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise junior QC team members on standards and procedures.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Quality Control to lead and support food safety and quality initiatives across our operational sites. This field-based position is suited for professionals with a solid background in quality assurance within the food industry, particularly in QSR, catering, retail, or hospitality environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving compliance, leading audits, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring adherence to food safety and regulatory standards, including ISO 22000.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and conduct comprehensive quality and food safety audits across outlets and production units
  • Ensure strict implementation and monitoring of HACCP plans and ISO 22000 standards
  • Perform advanced sensory evaluations and guide microbiological testing procedures
  • Investigate complex quality and safety issues using advanced root cause analysis techniques
  • Develop and maintain detailed audit reports, CAPA plans, and quality documentation
  • Train, mentor, and supervise junior QC team members on standards and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive measures and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide support for new outlet openings, product launches, and regulatory inspections
  • Monitor compliance with sanitation, food handling, and storage protocols
  • Escalate significant non-conformities and recommend actionable solutions to management
  • Participate in supplier audits and evaluations, as required
  • Represent the company during internal and external quality audits
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Manufacturing, or Microbiology
  • 5-7 years of experience in food safety or quality control/assurance
