You will implement document control systems, track reviews and approvals, and maintain registers and logs to ensure traceability and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizing and controlling typical project deliverables such as drawings, specifications, operating manuals, vendor submittals, filing systems and document flow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project documentation and ensure accurate, timely control, distribution and retrieval to support operations.
• Implement and oversee document control systems for engineering, procurement and construction documents.
• Maintain records of correspondence, technical documents, drawings and transmittals; update registers and logs for traceability.
