About The Role

As the Senior Fraud Product Marketing Manager - II at FOCAL, you will be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy for our fraud prevention solutions.

You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to define and deliver positioning, messaging, and product-led campaigns that showcase the value of FOCAL’s AI-powered fraud prevention technology.

Your role will involve market analysis, competitive positioning, product collateral creation, and research report creation.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for FOCAL’s fraud prevention products.

Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and content that differentiates FOCAL in the marketplace.

Create research reports, white papers, industry outlook reports on fraud trends and emerging fraud patterns

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, customer success) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.

Support sales teams with product knowledge, market insights, and collateral (e.g., case studies, presentations, whitepapers).

Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure successful product launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in fraud prevention.

Strong knowledge of fraud prevention or risk management.

Proven ability to manage go-to-market strategies and execute marketing campaigns.

Experience in interacting with Product Managers on release planning and customer communication.

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Experience working with AI-based products is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
