Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical.
• Proven experience in plant operations and process optimization.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and optimize process designs and engineering deliverables.
• Conduct feasibility studies and process simulations.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare process engineering documents and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with teams for project execution and integration.
• Support plant modification and commissioning activities.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and workflow improvements.
• Lead safety and reliability improvement programs.
• Monitor process KPIs and recommend enhancements.

Process simulation tools proficiency

Understanding of PFDs and P&IDs
