Datamatics Technologies is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead enterprise IT infrastructure across Data Center (Azure and On-Premises) and Network Infrastructure. You will drive availability, reliability, and security while guiding a high-performing team.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and experience in managed services or large enterprise environments. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory for this onsite position in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of IT Infrastructure and Network Operations experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in leadership or managerial roles leading large teams.
• Experience in Managed Services or large enterprise environments mandatory.
• Arabic and English language proficiency required (Arabic mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center and network operations (Azure and on-premises).
• Drive service delivery, incident, problem, and RCA management.
• Ensure SLA/OLA/KPI targets and operational governance.
• Oversee security, compliance, and business continuity planning.
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary infrastructure teams.
• Champion AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI in IT operations.
• Collaborate with executives to present reviews and improvement plans.
