• Experience required with ITIL and ISO processes.
• Ability to lead large teams across multiple technologies.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Delivery Management.
• Lead end-to-end Data Center operations.
• Manage Server & Virtualization platforms.
• Oversee Network (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/SD‑WAN) with Linux/Unix.
• Deskside Support Services oversight.
• SOC and NOC management.
• Storage and Backup governance.
• Ensure availability and operational readiness of enterprise infra.
• Drive proactive monitoring, incidents, problems and RCA.
• Maintain uptime, performance, capacity, reliability; SLA management.
• Establish/monitor service levels, KPIs; SLA/OLA targets.
• Lead major incident management and service restoration.
• Develop operational dashboards and executive reports.
• Adhere to ITIL best practices and service management processes.
• Manage 25+ team members across multiple tech domains.
• Experience with ITIL and ISO processes.
• Core technical expertise in at least 2 technologies.
• Understand automation and AI concepts in IT operations.
• Understand risk and compliance management; service improvement.
