Job summary

Datamatics Technologies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Manager - Technical Infrastructure Specialist to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across data center, servers, networks, Linux platforms, deskside support, SOC and NOC, and storage solutions. Onsite, long-term opportunity with a strong leadership mandate.

The ideal candidate will drive availability, reliability and security, champion automation and AI-enabled operations, and partner with stakeholders to meet

Qualifications

25+ team leadership across multiple technologies (IT, networking, cloud, deskside).
Proven ITIL and ISO process experience.
Core technical expertise in at least two technologies.
Understanding of Automation and AI in IT operations.
Knowledge of risk and compliance management.
Development of service improvement plans.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operations of data center, servers, networks, Linux/Unix, deskside, SOC/NOC, storage and backup.
Ensure availability and operational readiness of enterprise infrastructure.
Drive proactive monitoring, incident, problem management, and root cause analysis.
Maintain uptime, performance, capacity, and reliability.
Establish and monitor service levels, SLAs, OLAs, KPIs; lead major incidents; develop executive dashboards.
