Datamatics Technologies is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations across Data Center (Azure and on-prem) and Network Infrastructure environments. Qualifications
- 15+ years in IT Infrastructure and Network Operations.
- 5+ years in leadership or managerial roles.
- Experience in Managed Services or large enterprise environments is mandatory.
- Experience with enterprise-scale, mission-critical environments.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Data Center and Network Infrastructure operations (Azure & On-Prem).
- Lead service delivery, SLAs, KPIs, and incident/problem management.
- Ensure security compliance, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation.
- Interface with stakeholders and leadership; present reviews and improvement plans.
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams; drive IT operations excellence and transformation.
- Drive AI, Generative AI, and automation within IT Operations.
- Guide modernization, observability, and cloud/hybrid transformations.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and contracts to optimize costs.
